BPF Members and Buddhist Activists to Meditate at Democratic and Republican Conventions

Some of the meditators will undertake a 28-day 275-mile walk from Boston, where the Demoncratic convention is to be held, to New York City for the Republican Convention.

See for details.

The announcement says,
"Meditating and walking are traditional ways for Buddhists to bear witness to our own suffering and the suffering of the world — which are not separate — and to act in the spirit of liberation."
